American Muscle...

"M.U.S.C.L.E.S. muscles make the very best, BONE MOVERS!"  Those are lyrics from a childhood song we learned while they were teaching us about muscles.  Weird I remember this!

Lets move on to the point of this mornings rant!  AMERICAN MUSCLE!

No silly! Not that kind of American muscle, although that is pretty awesome too. I was goofing off this morning with my thoughts of American muscle, and decided to find a picture of a muscle man, eww have you guys ever done that?  Some of those photos are just, ewww gross!  Check them out next time you are bored.  Scaarrryyy! 

Anywho.... So this morning I was on subject of American Muscle CARS!  Muscle Cars have always been a weakness of mine.  I love old cars, the noise they make, how fast they are. I love it. It is just exciting for me.  Ive always been a sucker for an old Chevelle and a 69 Camaro, yummm. For your viewing pleasure.

Some of the American Companies have remade the older American Muscle Cars, when was it?!  They made the new Mustang and said it looked like a 60 something model, forgive me, but I don't see it!   Sadly, I am not a big fan of the older Mustang bodies.  Mind you I do adore what they did with that Shelby in "Gone in 60 Seconds".  That car was to say the least, AWESOME!  Mustangs aside... Dodge has done a wonderful job at making their Challengers and Chargers look very similar to the older models. 

These cars are all know for fast loud and rear wheel drive.  So in 1995 they changed the Monte Carlo, one of the vehicles that were classified as American muscle, to a front wheel drive vehicle.  Why?  It's just redonkulous! 

My arguments this morning.. If they go so far as to just take it all away, whats next?  Four Door mustangs and Camaros?  Yes Mustang, Camaro and Corvette has made it thus far with their rear wheel driveness and their muscleness intact.  But what else will they do to take it all away and make it crapola?  Ahhh it's these days of dark that scare me, but mark my words.  They ever make a four door mustang, camaro or corvette.  Count me out!  I'm throwing in the towel and making a run for the border!
