Two Fer Tuesday: A-ha

Happy Tuesday Dingleberries!  I bet you all were so worried I was trapped under packed and unpacked boxes. That the moving truck had someone shorted out and ran me over Maximum Overdrive style.  That the new house had suddenly collapsed with all the boxes and the OMG sized couch being moved into it.

Well, lucky you, none of the above took place. We've pulled through alive and with a few limps and bruises. There were a few things in the place that required some maintenance but nothing too major.  Little stuff really. The only big thing is the a/c unit.  Unfortunately we're waiting for the a/c repair man to come fix it.  Quite frustrating really, because the constant fans and open windows, with all of this rain... Yea it's not that great!!

I know our rain isn't anything compared to the disasters in LA again, but it's still pretty annoying to be under constant rain fall. This isn't Seattle dear Mother Nature, we enjoy our sunshine you know!  How about where you are dear Dingleberries? Got any sunshine?  Raining? Hanging in there?

So I'm mashing this post together with the Music For A Tuesday, I didn't forget.  I did however manage to really let me 365 posts go to shiz over the weekend. Forgetting to take my photos... I don't know what to do, so I will just post what I got... It sucks really!!

Did my blogging friends in the states have an awesome Labor Day or what?  It rained here, we ate some Pizza Hut and hit the Home Improvement store for the not working properly water heater parts.  UGH! We have hot water now though. YAYS!

So lets jam to something this week.... Hmmm:

I'm surprised I remembered this one. ha ha. Randomly I will be like I need to share this one for Tuesdays. Yea I think of it on Thursdays and then forget with all the Monkey Butt actions!  :) So I'm sharing today!!   We all know this one....Right?  If not don't tell me cause it will only make me shake my head. I recently seen it again in one of the Family Guy episodes.  Good stuff!

Moving along,  I hope you enjoyed that one.  Take on me by A-ha.

So many things, obvious things I guess. Obvious stresses and anxieties!  With the new place and all the new things. There are bugs in the woods!  Bugs that are biting me as I walk through them. plants that are sticking MAXimus in the bum and he runs from the bushes.  We aren't use to this, how weird is that? The grass seems TALL. More biting there as well.   Now it feels like I'm covered in bugs bites... My car is covered in...dirt...mud...leaves...YUCK!  Speaking of the car, it wouldn't start this morning. Was forced to hike down and up the driveways to Papa MB's storage shed for a battery charger thing... UGH!  Luckily it got it going and life was OK for a bit.

Late for work, went to do the walk through at the apartment complex and turn in my set of keys. They're charging me for a stained counter top and I couldn't get the oven clean enough for their standards.  UGH!  It is what it is though right?!  It's the best I could do with what I had and that's all they're getting!

Pokey's new teacher seems really nice, I'm terrified!  I fear the school bus and getting up so early, this is a new chapter so far and it's going to be a long, hard chapter. In the beginning...

I"m going to keep doing what I do best though,  Hanging in there!  Till next time (we should have Internet soon)...

Hang  in there!

  6. I know the feeling MB. Once the process is over you surely don't want to think about doing it again. But that time may come as I learned over the years. Hopefully it will get better in all areas soon and the stress will go away.
    Take care,
    Hugs,

Glad the move went as well as it could even though you need the air con repairing - boo! UK at the moment is having sunshine!

    1. It's a day to celebrate those who labor I guess, I think it's more for the hard workers, not the lazy ones like me. Every country should celebrate Labor Day :)
