Hello my dear Dingleberries,

It's time for my weekly posting of 365 postings, a day late, I know but whatevers. I'm running it through today because whatever that creative post I was working on earlier, it's gone now.  Riddled with bad feelings and an upsets stomach. Big surprise there... So where were we.  FYI I can't seem to upload these photos onto facebook anymore, wonder if the album is full or something. I'm pretty sure facebook hates me!  Has anyone friended the MB on facebook? I'm at itsamonkeybutt ... I guess is how you could search for that, ha ha.

Monday October 1st

Oh well moving along. I've recently found a show called Halloween Wars.  I'm pretty much loving it. Anyone else seen it? 

It's on one of those food channels, food is looking good these days but nothing seems like anything I want to be eating on!  Which is unfortunate! 

They're working on these super awesome pumpkins and cakes and all sorts of things. It's really awesome, or so I think anyway!!

Tuesday October 2nd

Speaking of food stuff, we went to a Taste of South event tonight at Pokeys school. They're showcasing their lovely gardens at school and also their local farmers markets. 

I'm so happy to see the classes growing things, having a garden and compost bins and everything else. It's really awesome for me, because I love that.  Where we moved from they didn't do things like this. The school food sucks, everywhere, but at least they are attempting to teach the kids, hey food doesn't always suck and I guess really it's the parents fault for sending them to school with money to purchase said nasty school food.  Live and learn I guess.

The book of face reminded me today that the new season of Walking Dead starts in 6 days!  6 DAYS!  This is  load of shit. I'm so mad at Dish Network for not offering AMC. And  if it's not their fault then I'm so mad at AMC. It's probably best of me to just be angry at both of them, because they can't come to the middle with this little problem. Bull shit!

I so desperately want to watch it this season and they're going to mess that up for me. Way to go MB getting the worst satellite company EVER!  Always knew I didn't want the dish.

Work has been the normal, OMIGAWD please make the day end.  I was reminded today that there isn't anyone there I can talk to.  By that I mean rant and rave and piss and moan.  We're back to the trust no one days.

So as you may have noticed I forgot my picture for Friday ::facepalm:: I'm not loving that.

We were so fortunate as to do some more yard work stuff over the weekend and while moving some cement thing they had ran through the yard for the a/c drain we found this little snake. No idea what kind of snake it is and I know the picture isn't that great.

We had some sunshine for a bit on Saturday. Mr MB did scoop him up and toss him into the woods though.  Here's to hoping he/she doesn't make anymore appearances around here and I especially do not want to see Mama Snake. I hate snakes, not as much as spiders. But I hate snakes.  Speaking of spiders... There is one in the bathroom... I've lost him/her. I saw it hiding in the corner this morning and saw him/her sneak into the crack at the ceiling.. It's gone now.  I'm not loving that!!

Sunday, October 6th

So here I am at the end of another post. So far it's a random mess, but ya know MB has to have at least one of those in a week.

I'm working on the award post, GBM tagged me in an award last week or so and somehow I've gotten carried away and busy at work and just haven't gotten it all done.  I think I've actually done something to where I'm going to have to start over, because copy and paste came over all wrong :/ Bummer!  I did want to say many thanks for the award though and expect to see it posted this week.

Mama MB is feeling .... OK. It's required lately that she take the pain meds. I just wish they would work better. That her pain would get better. I guess maybe she has hit a point in her treatments and illness where things will be painful. They're blaming age and arthritis and the likes, but this doesn't seem possible. Usually those things are better controlled, where it's at right now.  she hurts all over and though the meds seem to help it's not going away.

Keep those thoughts and prayers coming, mine are going out into the world still for my Dear Dingleberries and their struggles.  :))

Kreativ Blogger Award

::gasps:: Another award? For little old me?  That's so sweet and how fun this should be. First I want to thank the Dingleberries that always seem to hang in there ;)  Then of course I want to thank "The Cat And The Coffee Cup" and "The Ramblings of Charlie Brown" for the awesome award they've both passed on to me. Rather than do this twice though, I'm doing it once and thanking them both! 

Now I can't think of a Kreativ bone in my body, but I guess it wasn't up to me to decide that I deserved this award and keep in mind I'm thrilled to tackle the rules of the game.  So here goes :

I must now tell you 10 (ten) random things about the Monkey Butt and tag 6 (six) awesome bloggers like myself for this award.  Sounds like fun right? Wait until it's your turn and you have to come up with these.  Yea, lets see how much fun it is then!  :))

• I love zombies. You read that right, ZOMBIES (and vampires) that eat your brains and the likes. I think it's funny how they've evolved from slow moving brain eating to rip you apart, pull out your inards and pretty much chase you until you fall.  Call me weird, whatever. On that note though, in the event of a zombie apocalypse I'm probably going to be one of the first ones infected out of sure bad luck!  How effed up is that?
• I hate new music. The music of today.  I turn on what use to be radio stations I loved and they're all full of stupid music that makes me want to jump off very tall buildings
• I don't have much tolerance for whiny ass puny anything.  Man up world, stop pissing and moaning about how bad your life is.
• I've decided to stop bitching about how shitty my life is, how I want to be something, do something better and actually work to obtain said goals, but managed to live while doing so. No sit and piss and moan about how I wish it could be now. Note to self, shit just don't happen.  You have to make it happen.
• If I say I think I take on to much at one time and take on too many projects. I'm lying. I love the challenge.
• I manage to drop every idea I have the moment I begin to doubt my abilities. I think Im going to stop doing that
• Facebook really sucks here lately. I don't enjoy the new layout and well no one really has much of anything to say these days.
• I've decided running doesn't suck as much as it did when I smoked
• I hate when the shower curtain isn't closed.  you know what I'm talking about when you or someone else gets out from their shower and leaves it open.  Makes me CrAzAy!

So that covers my 10 (ten) random thoughts of the Monkey Butt kind. Nothing really worth a shit, but whatever. That's why it's random. Who else would come up with mindless random bullshit. Oh wait, we all did that when we accepted this blog.  yay I'm not the only one. Now the harder part, tagging 6 (six) blogger friends to tackle this as well. That will take me a minute as I'm sure the ones I tagged yesterday are still cussing me for it :)  Plus I'd hate to tag some of the same people.  Yikes!

A while back I babbled on and on about a box of cards I have and theyre quite artsy. I thought to myself, I may never find a reason to get rid of these things. Tuesday you say?  Well aren't you just  a bucket of surprises.  I was worried earlier I hadn't posted Monday yesterday.  I guess I thought I was posting it separately but went ahead and ran it with that mass post yesterday. YESSSSS!!

I think this will be a randomish post, because I can't seem to get my thoughts together. I keep flippn back and forth to this and facebook, all while thinking about Thursdays Monkey Butt post and some gross shit on TV. Excuse me while I run to the bathroom and puke!

Now where were we?  RANDOMNESS!

• I need a hair cut... I think. I told myself it just needed some hair dye!   I don't think that is the case at all.
• It's almost ground hog day.  Has anyone saw any upcoming weather?  Or perhaps the TV guide telling us that the Ground Hog day movie will marathon that day?
• Whatever happened to Goofy Girl?  I know she had some things going on and I know some of you are following her as well?  While we're talking about this.. What happened to The Red Head Named Sam?  Jobonster the spitfire?  I've been wondering for some time.  Those are a few of the first Monkey Butts and I love all of you guys bunches I miss them at times. Always wonderful posts coming from them!!!
• Exercise sucks!  I added it to my resolution... Why the fuck did I do that?
• And another thing, after watching an episode of Cops tonight (don't judge me) I'm wondering if I could actually perform like a total asshat cop if I had to?  I mean could I put away my nice self for something like that?  Why do I want to do it soooo much?!! I'm so confused and so frustrated that I just can't DO IT ALREADY!

So there you have enough random shit for today.. Holy hell it's like a random Tuesday, unintentional for sure and well don't think that will be a weekly habit for me!

365 days of 2011

As you have probably noticed I've been MIA for a few days. I sit and wonder at times how this can even be possible, with no warning or anything, Im just GONE.  It's frustrating to me because I've had blogger friends do the same thing to me and I wonder, WTF happened to that one?  Oh wells, here I am now and it's CATCH UP TIMES.  You know those are your favorite.  I did manage to blog in my free time today at work. But shhh you didn't hear that from me, so lets see, where do I begin....

Sooo, aparently this was one of the only photos I managed to snap this day.  But isn't Pokey adorable?! 

So we had a few things on the agenda today, was posta attend a party in the land of far far away but due to lack of time and Mr. Monkey Butts work schedule, we were unable to make that one.  Very sad.  We did manage to get out and have some girl time, we did some shopping. Found adorable gifts for the Birfdays girls, yes I say girls, there were 2 parties on the agenda, but will tell you about the 2nd one tomorrow!

So we did the shopping and I saw these sweaters, you all remember me blogging about wanting holiday sweaters and I found these.  Pretty cute, but considering my wallet and the lack of funds in it, I didn't buy the sweater. I want it though.  You know it will make for awesome holiday photos and it would be my first humiliating holiday sweater.  LMAO!

Got a few more gifts for the family members and ran home for lunch, walked Max and just spent the day with Pokey.

Mr. Monkey Butts Christmas party on the agenda for the night, should be interesting to say the least and we found a sitter for Pokey, thankfully. We've been talking about a night out for a week or so, maybe this will do that some good.

To sum it up, it was OK.  We won the trivia thing, well our team did. Got gift cards and I had the longest socks on so I won this "funny family photos" calender for 2012.  Will show a picture tomorrow, like really tomorrow.  I'd say it was a nice night out and plenty on the agenda for Sunday, but you will see that in just a few.

Happy Sunday Dingleberries and yes I know I'm interchanging the Christmas colors, don't be hating. I'm just a jolly  ole Monkey Butt, or something like that, shut up!

So awesome night at the Christmas party and today we are off to take the doggie carrier back to the lovely lady who has blessed us with Max who as you may have read already may be a nice lil blessing to our little family.  Which is bigger now. YAYs!

Picked up Pokey from Nana's house, she had a good time at church with Nana, Popa and her cousin. They, though the skirts were way short for my bloood, looked cute and said they had  a lot of fun. She is back and forth with whether she will show her face at church again! 

We shall see...

Girlie birfday party to wrap up the afternoon and that was a lot of fun, lawdy that girl has a very very very very large family, but it's always an AWESOME time! 

Wrapping up the day with meeting Grandma and Grandpa at the mall, only for a moment and went inside to grab Nana's Christmas present, which I hope she likes ::fingers crossed:: Also found a good deal on a new jacket for Pokey at JCPenney.  Very cute find, that's for sure.   I'm just glad she's back in a jacket and a new one at that. No more last years jacket, well, not until next year! 

It's Sunday again, that sucks!  The weekend, though it did drag out a little with everything going on, the weekends just aren't ever long enough.  Are they?

Monday already?  That's no fair at all.  Makes me sad.  It went as well as any other Monday.  Slow one though, very slow.  It's the week of a holiday though, we tend to slow down around holidays.  Just doesn't make sense to me.

Hit up the Walmart and picked up a few gifts that I've been expecting for Pokey.  Her dolly came and I was so excited about that. It's something she wanted so badly and we have not been able to find one.  The whole reason I started shopping online for her gifts.  It's all coming together, for that I am glad.  Check out my Merry Ho Ho's post for more.

Look at me, I'm caught up. YESSSSS!!!!  excuse me while I ::happy dance:: around the living room!

I'm sorry for my slack ass these past few days readers. I'm blaming the massive headache I had yesterday, last night and this morning.  The Aleve is my new best friend because it lasts longer, no anxiety attacks when I take it either.  So it works out!

Today was slower than yesterday, can you believe that shit?  It was shocking to me.  GAWD.  It did give me time to blog my randomness today though as well as post my Music for a Tuesday.  Ya know you wanna check that out, if you haven't already. 

I'm feeling like such a shit that I didn't send out more Christmas cards, I received 2 today and I think I neglected to send them one, but they're all written up and in my bag ready for the mail. I hope they make it in time.

I've blogged Christmas in another post today, so I will leave that alone and well being as it's 11oo and I need some extra sleep, the comforter won't be ready until tomorrow, shit!  Damn Max costs me 20 bucks with that little pee on the comforter. 

Note to self and anyone who cares: Don't purchase or accept as a gift a comforter, bigger than a queen that is dry clean only.  Just don't!
