Today is going as  smoothly as any other, though we are quite busy at work today. Never a dull moment.

What I'm Loving

I'm Loving ....  I'm finally getting around to getting my hair cut this week!

Most of you know my weakness for Alice in Twilight. I love her character, mostly her hair.   This was my last cut and I've every intention of going back to this.  I'm looking like a sheep dog at this point.  I'm NOT loving that!

I'm Loving .. It's October, so I'm loving all the pumpkins I'm finding...  :)  Halloween is right around the corner!

OMIGawsh I hope it's as good as I'm hoping it will be.  I'm sad to see it come to an end, but excited to see it on the big screen!  My girl friend and I are meeting in the middle in some place called Greenville, SC to see the movie. It's going to be Epic! 

I'm Loving .. that I signed up for volunteer work at the school fall festival this Friday. I get to work the putt putt game and also bring in a cake for the cake walk. Exciting. This will be a first for me, but I think it's going to be a lot of fun!

Lastly, I'm Loving  this (much needed?) monkey!

Sunday already? 2012

Happy Sunday my Dingleberries!  I'm seeing posts from Pablos  Angel and According 2 Jewels for the awesome post cards.  So glad they are trickling their way to their destinations.  A little piece of Atlanta for all of you out in your corner of the  blogosphere!  :)

It's been a normal weekend around here. Spent time with Mama and Papa Monkey Butt. Got some cleaning done and spent a few minutes at the pool.  I'm still super tired and painful! I'm walking in the afternoons trying to help work it out, it isn't really working.

I've hit a bump in my social life, I just really don't want to spend time with anyone, mainly friends.  I don't know why. I think it's my depression or something.  I hate  it really, but hopefully it will push me to work harder to get  past my down times right now!  Fingers crossed, right?

Yummy dinner at a local Chinese place after getting all off Pokey's hair chopped off.  She seems to love it but worries, constantly that it's going to grow back before daycare Monday (tomorrow) morning. She's so silly!

Spent the day with Mama and Papa Monkey Butt, got home just in time to take MAXimus out before he exploded.  One of the asshat maintenance guys came by while we weren't home to fix the a/c I'd already fixed and turned our thermostat down to like 71!  WTF?!  People crazy!  The windows were foggy it was so cold.  IDIOTS!

July 8th, 2012

Got my hair trimmed up, thank gawd and added some dark brown color to it. I'm diggn it.  We discovered after purchase and getting home for application that it's a temporary color.  Ooops, oh well. I'm fine with that. I'm sure some of it will hang onto the hair anyway. Works for me!

Hope everyone had an awesome weekend. It's back to work tomorrow, which SUCKS!  But whatever,  5 more days until the weekend, again. 

The finance people are wanting to have the paperwork done tomorrow.  So maybe we will be closing soon.  I'm hoping anyways.  ready to get this move on...  :)

Hopefully we will see ya tomorrow, they're saying the interwebs may go down with some new virus stuff or something... Whatevers!

Day 101, 2012

Thursday, March 29th

Well hello again Dingleberries, I imagine you're all off in dream land or something along those lines. Perhaps cuddled next to your partner of choice or kicked back watching some television. I'm spending my time on the interwebs (again). What can I say?  It's my thang!!

So some of you noticed I picked another new idea for hair today.  Got a lot of great reviews and for Starlight, I know it's going to take some work to make it look as awesome as the picture and most likely 99% of the time it won't look like that. In case you readers hadn't heard, I effn hate my hair. Like all of the time. Doesn't really matter the color or cut. My hatred just kinda builds up for it. It's weird how that works. But I'm excited to try this cut. I don't think I want to part with my black hair though. I'm so undecided :)  Luckily I can decide that... later.  Right?

So it was a  weird kind of day. Busy for the most part.  Pokey was complaining of throat pain this morning. The gut wrenching fear hit me that she has came across strep throat again. It's picture day! It's the last day before spring break!  Tell me this isn't happening!!???  Pokey made it only until about 1pm today at school.  Nurse calls me for a sick Pokey.  That's a first this year!  Run her to the Dr office, a confirmed case of strep throat ::face palm::.  Damn!  So the complaining about only getting like 31 hours in of work this week, just went from bad to worse. I've lost an additional half a day and tomorrow.  UGH!! Oh look, here  comes the first of the month!!  Awesome!

In other news, tomorrow is Friday. We're doing the walk for MS on Saturday and an Easter egg hunt here in town on Sunday.  It's going to be an awesome weekend. Hoping I can get some time on my running or biking. After the breathing problems and anxiety attack the other day I hate to do my running with all this pollen. damn you pollen!!

Help me with my new hair?

I think I want this hair.  My Dingleberries who have been hanging in there for quite some time know of my weak spot for Twilight, especially Ashley Green as Alice. I don't know what it is about Alice, but I'm in love with that fictional character. It's a sickness really!!

So with that I ask of you.  What are your thoughts?  I know you don't know me very well, some of you, but if you're following my progress on the 365 days blogs then you know me well enough. Can I pull it off?  I think I can.

I got a hair cut tonight....I hate it!  I updated my facebook this morning wishing I had longer hair.  Yea. I went to the hair salon place today and had it all cut off!

Really?

What the F**k was I thinking?  Like I said. I hate it! But I will say it doesn't look as shitty as it did earlier, not quite. The color is still shit. But I guess I'm Effn stuck with it. I'm hating that too. I'm going to take a little time and attempt to style what little bit of hair I have left with hopes of making it look less shitty!

Awesome?!  Nah!

Tomorrow is Friday. I'm hoping to have a sitter and a date to Gay Pride events in Athens this weekend. A few of my friends are going down and it should be a lot of funs!  Here's to hoping it all works out and maybe just maybe I can 'dance' away the hatred for my hair!

Day 67, 365 days of 2011

Good morning my Sunshine... It was an early day this morning. I'm silly and made an appointment at 10am to get a scooter.  Oh. Fun. Thank gawd my daughter must have known and woke me up at like 8ish this morning.   Yes, 8am on a Saturday. Oh. Yay!  But honestly. It's always like that.  Just wait when she's older, she won't get up. Will sleep in all day and I be bored waiting for her to get up. I think maybe I will run in there like she does with me and JUMP into her bed, yelling her name.  ha ha. Bet a teenager would just LOVE their mother to do that, wouldn't they?  I can foresee many black eyes and bruises!

Back to the point... Here is the beginning of my excitement today!

Yay my new scooter. It's A-dorable and mine all mine. Sadly I have yet to ride my scooter around. To be honest, I'm absolutely terrified!  Ha!  Go figure. But I'm bound and determined to get on it and go. I want to do it. I'm scared as hell of crashing, everyone keeps telling me I'm going to get run over. Leave it to all the people I love to remind me how crazy I am and to rain on my parade.  ha ha. I can't blame them, I'm terrified without their words telling me bad things!  I already know the cons of motorcycle accidents.  I spent some time in biker bars in my younger days and it's crazy the people you see come and go, with motorcycle boo boos. Met one lady, she lost her ARM on a motorcycle crash.  And here I am, buying one. Guess you can only imagine my fear. It should be a lot of fun. I know I can do it and do it safely.  I'm convinced!  :)  On this subject. I managed to find me an AFFORDABLE helmet! *high fives* Also picked up a lock and chain.  score!  It's a win win. :)  Am actually excited to get it out and toy around with it! 

My daughter had her first swimming lesson today. We started the trip with "I don't want to go" , "What if they let me drown". Ugh it was frustrating to say the least. Being as my daughter cannot swim.  Plus I've already paid in advance for these lessons. So we make it, still grumbling about it, waiting waiting. They finally get into the water. Yes!  It went well. She said she liked it.  So yay!  I am glad. Maybe they can teach her how to swim, hell they better!  Like for reals!  She flopped around and splashed and didn't kick half the time, silly girl. She will get better though.  Right? 

Well, this is funny, but I totally forgot about that morning picture up there. So I sat down on the couch tonight and was like, crap, I gotta take my picture and get it all posted. Had no idea I forgot to post yesterdays. Derp.  So here we are.....  This is what I had for the evening. I managed to get a haircut today. While is it people, well hairstylist always ask me "are you sure?" Uhh, yea I'm sure. cut the hair the way I tells ya to cut the hair!  okay?  Got it lady.  I mean it was like pulling teeth last time I got my hair cut. I wanted it done a certain way and well she was to SCARED to do it!  What?  Just do it!!!!  Then today I'm like, cut my bangs, cause it's been a while.  She's like, what?!!!  I was like damn, why you hairstylist or whatever they are called always ask me this. Like I'm crazy or something. I think I like my hair. It's the best I can do with what I have right now. So cut it the way I WANT IT CUT, DAMNIT!!!

And I'm tired. Time changes tonight. For that I am glad. But technically at like 230 or something its only going to be like 130. I'm to tired for all of that!  Like for real. It's been a long day.  Had my moments of stress but all in all, I guess it was an OK day!  *high fives* Goodnight my friends, fellow blogger, readers and followers. Have an awesome tomorrow!
