Sure doesn't feel like Christmas,

It's beginning to look a lot like .....  Christmas?  How many of my dear Dingleberries are ready for the upcoming holiday?  I'd like to say that I am, but Mr MB sprung it on me this morning that "we" needed to figure out the rest of the Christmas shopping.  Uhm, :clears throat: I was under the assumption that "I" was done with my shopping.  I figured out what all of my family would get and also what the kids would get for Christmas this year.  Honestly I felt that my part of the job was done.  Seems as though, my job is never done.

We recently became dedicated to church and God.  This is hard for me at times, because I'm severely selfish and bitchy.  It's true!  Hence the whole " poo flinging" what did you think this meant?  Just sayin'.  So I'm a selfish brat who finds it hard to accept that I should happily do everything there is under the sun without help from anyone.  That when I ask for help I should happily understand when no one helps!

As I said, this is hard for me.

Mr MB, Granny MB and myself are arranged to be Baptized this Sunday.  This is hard for me to accept because I keep thinking I should be a new person before hand.  Am I misunderstanding that once it's done you're a new person.  I'm still going to think the same though, how can I rid my life and brain of all this selfishness I carry around with me. This guilt and anger and resentment.  How can I be Christlike with all of this I hang on to.

I can't grasp an understanding.

What acceptance of Christ has brought me is a new and somewhat humble thinking.  I am so very grateful and love my life and family so much. It has helped me that I should ask for help sometimes. I shouldn't be to proud to admit that sometimes I just can't carry it all.

So I've taken the good with the bad, at this point. Life will have it's ups and downs and before long I will level back out.  Right?

Yea so we also just married back in October, you all remember. All of my whiny selfish cry baby crap that I'm doing right now also falls under the whole wedding vow things.  So I'm like double whammy right now. I keep going back and forth with it should be a partnership, but I'm also in the wrong. I expect and expect the partnership to work at home with life, house, kids, cleaning. The likes of those.

It's just a mess and honestly, typing it out, it isn't helping me work through it any better.  So let's get back to something that doesn't suck. Shall we?

Stupid holidays make me crazy!

So I'm missing you all so much lately, I miss blogging, flinging poo. I miss all of that.  Boy monkey and of course Pokey keep me busy.  Last night Boy Monkey decided to outgrow his crib.  What  I mean by that is he is now so big (he thinks) that he's started standing.  He pulls up and stands.  So last night, I'm unable to get the tools I need or the help I need to provide a safe sleeping crib for him. Poor monkey slept in his play pen for a few hours and eventually ended up in my bed.  He thinks he sleeps better there anyway.

It's shocking how different parenting is this time around. Boy monkey is quite literally the exact opposite of Pokey. It's mind boggling really. Yes I just said "mind boggling" When was the last time you heard that one?

So we're quickly approaching Christmas.  I'm worried one gift for my dear cousin won't make it in time, stupid Hong Kong and their shipping issues.  Just goes to show you should allow more time for shipping when ordering gifts online for Christmas!

I hope everyone has a super flinging Wednesday.  We're almost to the weekend, for that I cannot wait.  Then again I'm not really looking forward to the mad dash to get everything wrapped up this weekend.  Ahhhhh my nightmare!

Hang in there my dearest Dingleberries, will be over before we know it!

What I'm Loving Wednesday

Happy Wednesday my dearest Dingleberries.  I was pleasantly surprised this morning to open my email and the wonderful message I found waiting for me there. From far away lands I've a Dingleberry who emails back and forth with me at times when she has the time.  Her words were so kind and her message so nice.  I enjoyed every moment of it.    So here we are again, making it through the hump and again, I'm linking up with Jamie over at Little Daisy May for this weeks, What I'm Loving Wednesday. So without further from me, let's get this show on the road!

What I'm Loving Wednesday

Happy Wednesday Dingleberries,
Here it is about 3:15 pm on this cloudy Wednesday here in the great big state of Georgia.  Don't get confused now, I don't want to say Georgia is either GREAT or BIG. It just fit nicely there in the sentence. Don't you agree?
So it's been a week or so since I've done anything for What I'm Loving Wednesday. So today I felt the bug, I decided it was time. Time to get back to it, it may not be anything blogworthy, but it's an attempt. On my part, to remind myself that there are still plenty of other things for me to love.

So welcome back Dingleberries and join me for a What I'm Loving Wednesday.

Don't forget, I'm linking up with Jamie over at Little Daisy May, go check her out!   She and her hubs have just welcomed an adorable addition to their sweet family. So a shout out congrats to them from the land of MB.

I'm loving...  How lucky I am to be oh so lucky to have some of the best friends, family and blogofamily there is out there. Ya know we lost Mama MB. I wouldn't be here right now if it weren't for you all. Don't think you've seen the end of my depressing, please just shoot yourself in the face and get it over with posts, but I'm working on that demon because Mama MB would want me to keep my tail up!

I'm Loving... The holiday season is near, things are going to weird this year, of course. But I'm hopeful for somewhat of a happy season. Fingers crossed.

I'm Loving... I made it to the recorders court yesterday and was able to file a continuance on the speeding  ticket I got last month. It isn't due today, instead they've moved it to Jan 2nd. Go figure, but it gets me through the holiday....

I'm Loving...  We've a Christmas party we're planning to attend this Saturday, it's been a minute since we got out anywhere, hoping it will be fun!

I'm Loving....  The beautiful sunrise I see each day that Mama MB would have loved

Almost done..

I'm Loving... These potential boy names ... Dorian Archer and Jordan Westley. Though I've been thinking today about Dorian Eastley or Easton and/or Dorian Asher.
Girl name has already been chosen. Rebecca Kylene.

And of course

I'm Loving this guy, too cute

Hang in there!

Having a Merry Ho Ho time,

So I'm staying true to my holly jolly Christmas feely good feelings. I'm not letting anything get me down, well not much.  Let's not blog about any and all mishaps right now, this is posta be a good one!

So the shopping is going OK I'd like to say.  All in all I'd say I'm pretty close to being done, save the stocking stuffing as well as Mr Monkey Butt, Maximus (the new pup) and Rhino (the guinea pig).  Maximus just so happens to be a pleasant addition to our small family, we're a family of 5 now. Can you believe that?   Guess we can't call ourselves a small family anymore?!

But I've managed to tackle all obstacles and obtain everything from Pokeys list this year!  She had a very last minute list, for some reason and randomly picked things from Toys R Us website, which I do not shop at all, ever!  For some reason shopping at Toys R Us stresses me INSTANTLY and I just want to die each and every time I walk into that place.  So random or not, we've got everything. She asked Santa for a Wii this year, but Grandma is getting her that. Santa is now bringing her a lap top and a few items that were NOT on her list this year. That's right, Monkey Butt managed to keep her sanity and remember the small items that Pokey didn't remember to include on her list. Though Pokey isn't getting an Eff ton of things this year (she wouldn't play with them anyway), she is getting pretty much anything important that I can remember her saying she wanted.

With that I am satisfied.  Christmas could come tomorrow and I would be OK with that. Let's not spoil the other things I've picked up for other folks, don't want them getting nosy. Can't wait to share it all after the holidays!

Good day Dingleberries, Have a pleasant one! Merry Ho Ho's!

Day 331, 365 Days of 2011

Monday, December 5th, 2011

Happy Monday Dingleberries?  I sure hope it was Happy, but then again, how rare it is to have a "Happy Monday". I rather enjoyed today because I was busy.  Those days seem rare here lately and I tend to cherish them when they come along.  We all know I can't stand being bored!

That being said, I've realized I need more money (but who doesn't right?) so  I went online and applied for a few jobs online. The bigger places of course.  Ya know I can't get out much at work and put in applications so I'm starting with online stuffs and keeping my fingers crossed. Of course it isn't something permanent. I enjoy my nights with Mr. Monkey Butt and Pokey. Helping her with her homeworks and sleeping.   I LOVE sleeping!  It's something I just have to do though (getting the job). I'm back with my thoughts of wanting to join the police force but am still torn as to how to get the muscle I need to pass their physical tests and stuff.  I hate that part!    Shall see where it goes though. Regardless it will help me, (if I find a 2nd job ) with my credit card debt.  Keep your fingers crossed for me, I need the luck these days.

Xmas is going to drain the life out of me this year, I'm having a hard time holding on to the holiday cheer, I tend to find my heart shrinking a few sizes and my skin turning green at times.  I love the season though, I love the lights and the colors.  Driving around and seeing the houses all lit up, pointing and laughing as everyone tries to kill themselves and others around them trying to get the last  super hero action figure.  It's an awesome time, plus we tend to have a lot of family time this time of year.  I hate cold weather and the fall/winter allergies, but I enjoy it's full of family time and awesome times!  We made Pokey's Xmas list the final draft tonight.  I emailed it out to Mama Monkey Butt and Auntie Sissy and we had a nice chat with Pokey tonight in hopes of explaining that Santa can't bring everything on her list.  "There are  a lot of boys and girls in the world and Santa can't bring everything" So Mommy has to help him out and bring the other stuffs, but Mommy  doesn't have much money this year. So we have resolved, there will be no Chihuahua until we have either A)Moved into a more permanent of a home or B) Take the time and go shopping for a Chihuahua when we have more money. "I think it will be more fun to go shopping together for the doggie". She's such a big girl and totally understood everything. It was....AWESOME!

So everyone there ya have my Monday, very talkative one at that I guess and forgive my long winded-ness tonight!  I hope you enjoyed it though.

Mr. Monkey Butt is watching something tonight and it's got Ryan Dunn as a guest, it's sad he passed away like he did, I enjoyed seeing him on any show!

And I love the Kia hamsters!  lolz.  Goodnight

365 days of 2011

Hiya Dingleberries!  Do you hate me calling you Dingleberries yet?
Well I didn't get online much this weekend, obviously.  I guess I stayed busy or lazy. Which ever it was, it happened.
It's the Xmas season these days and I'm a poor white girl. I need more money for my daughters ridiculously LONG LIST OF SHIT, she just has to HAVE!  lolz. Kids, gotta love them don't we!

Day 328
Friday, December 2nd, 2011
Friday was just Friday. It didn't end fast enough and wasn't much fun.  Though I did stay busy and ended up one of the tow drivers towed a truck 1,000,000 miles to Cleveland, GA only to find out that it was the wrong truck.  Ooooops!  Gotta love dealerships. Glad when Fridays work day ended!

Day 329
Saturday, December 3rd, 2011
Cousins birthday party to attend today and it's been a month or so since we attended any parties, well of the birthday likes anyways.  She's only 5 and a lot of kids and people I didn't know were there, but it was a lot of fun and was nice to chat with my aunt and her hubs for a little while.
Left there and made the trip across the country to see Mom and Dad. It was nice to go up there as well, my niece was being a sweetie and her and Pokey made their Xmas lists together with no fighting. It was an awesome night. Mom made my favorite biscuits and some tasty stuffs  to go with them. Best day in a while, late night though!

Day 330
Sunday, December 4th, 2011

Nothing much on the agenda for today, cleaned the apartment some more.  Yay!?  Went to visit with Mr. Monkey Butts parents, lotsa fun.  Hit the Kroger and gots some foods, the pizza was yuck tastic tonight, damn Totinos.  Maybe it will be better next time, it's too bad I'm starving now, lolz.

I hope everyone had an awesome weekend, cause I sure did. I am in no way looking forward to the shopping part of Xmas or the being broke part and realization as to how bad I suck at buying gifts ahead of time and the likes of the sort. But whatevers.  It will all be okay and everyone who doesn't get much from me for Xmas will still love me.  (I hope) Till tomorrow, sleep well (or enjoy your day for those across the world) Will babble more when I wake up, if you're so lucky!
